My Smacks Booster Part 3 OF 5

My Attempt at a Smacks Booster notes I used SS Ice Tongs as the center & Side leads and I used SS Large Hose Clamps as the bottom strap. SAFETY NOTE: Please make sure ALL your connections are good and tight, I had a not so good connection on the outside of my housing and after a few hours it melted the container. I am using KOH as my electrolyte, I have found that in the aquarium store "PH UP" is KOH solution. previously I have used NaOH Shout Out to Almost Hydrogen, Smack, Zero Fossil Fuel, Smart Scarecrow, & SirHoax

You may want to consider wrapping your cell with shrink wrap or some good quality 3M electrical tape.

Just a suggestion.

funny you should say that I just wrapped it in electrical tape and ran it for 1 hour, it maked lots of bubbles, I can't find 4" Heat shrink locally, when I get it in a container and working in the car then I will order a peice of 4" heat shrink

I have no preference either way. If the 3M tape works good for you and last a long time, I would not have a problem with keeping it over shrink wrap.
