  • @vivalaandrew16 yeah, but most of them are packed with the chemicals that arent suppose to be taken.. well maybe go for the product that has the least chemicals

  • @antidescent No I'm saying that it's not like it's just made from chemicals from a lab. Protein has just been isolated from different sources to produce the power, it's just purified. Yeah, I agree that there are a load of bullshit products being marketed, the only one I think is necessary is protein.

  • @vivalaandrew16 so you would prefer the one that was made from the "lab" than the organic? oh and dont you ever think about the products now a days that they would lie there a**es just to sell their product. but thats just me though. i prefer the one thats made by nature than the one thats made by a man/scientist because everyone knows there is a negative side of it.

  • @antidescent But the protein in powder is derived from sources like egg and milk, if it was made in a lab the yeah, you could call it synthetic. And nuts are sources of protein, but their amino acid complexes aren't ideal.

  • @vivalaandrew16 because its processed. thats why. and you dont need "protein shake" you can get real protein from food(natural), like almond and garbanzo beans(thats what i mean by real food).

  • @antidescent You can drink whatever you want, but protein works very well for me. And that flax seed has about a 20% protein content, which is crap to put into a shake as the protein source.

Protein powder is derived from sources of whole foods, how is it fake?

  • @trollwarlord3 yeah and some protein powder have sucralose which is crap :D some of the people here are lazy enough to look up what they are eating than just trusting the commercials...

  • @petterklar how? lol
