After viewing legends like Sammy Davis Jr, I must say, where did all the talent go?
Even the so called talents today are NOTHING in comparison to old guys like Sammy. He was with the Rat Pack and performed with the best of them.
All this generation knows about is utilizing technology to it's fullest. Anything else they do is pretty much sub-par.

That song makes me so sad. I am almost 47, and I remember the passing of Freddie Prinze all too well. One of the milestone memories of my life.

@StephanAOTTO1 I agree. What a world class talent. I've heard people pick on him for EVERYTHING and yet who today under 50 can sing like this, be campy and be themselves? No one!

Sammy was an original & he was Black, regardless of what material he performed. He did what the material which suited him best. Anyone who states(foolishly)that he 'tried to be White' b/c of his onstage material is making THE MOST RACIST of comments by demanding that Black performers 'stay in their place' by performing only the usual, so-called 'ethnic repertoire', as if they were trying to get their "Black card" or 'street cred'. Ridiculous.
How LIMITING can you get?
