Great!!!

Good training tip. Wrist locks (done slow and controlled, of course) are one of those things I like to sneak up on people (again, ONLY where appropriate and making sure my partner knows they're allowed). When you find someone who's got strong, flexible wrists, awareness of the locks, plus the bit of sweat and slipperyness they become very very tricky to pull off.. But weak/inflexbile wrists + opponent who's not thinking about the possibility = wrist-lock-city. Thanks.

Yaaa appearently i have this disease that messes up the cartilage in all of my joints so every single one of my joints is the equivalent of double jointed hahaha
-
@OxMonkey ive been doing these stretchs since i last saw this video a month ago and now i can get all my fingers to touch my forearm , they dont look at rubbery as yours but whats the furthest you can do as i can do everything you did in this video haha can you touch your forearm without using your other hand ?
-
@jamiegee123 not allowed in mma sorry
-
wrists locks are even allowed in mma or bjj comps , but definatly worth having so you can laugh at cops trying to subdue you haha!

Very impressive, I used to be extremely flexible but I lost it because I havin't been stretching.I didin't think it was important. I'm just starting to get back into it.

nice vid well done bro

will i break my hand ???
-
that doesnt look like it's to healthy on the joint. flexability is good, but sometimes you can stretch ligaments to the point they don't contract properly.
whoa!! was ur hand like broken or something like that in the past

@hatedgrg No. Actually, the flexibility has probably kept my wrist from being broken during some aggressive wrist locks. Just repeated stretching...

how do you get to that point if not double jointed, very impressive.

@justbran12 I'm not really sure what the medical definition of "double jointed" is. So I can't tell you if that's given me an advantage or not. All I know is that I wasn't able to do this right away. I started on me knees and slowly progressed into it. If you're interested in improving any area of flexibility, I always recommend doing it while watching TV or something, that way you're not really thinking about it as you're doing it.
