@sumimimi0 Right?! 20 years later and she still hits the E flat and E like it's nothing. A true testament to beautiful technique and singing.

@Remalia19 Sumi is not phased by it believe me! She is world renowned and mentioned in the same breathe as Dame Sutherland and the other greats! America's bias is also their loss!! (oops...I'm American, lol... Sumi is easily one of my fave singers ever! I have all of her CD's minus one of her holiday ones).

She's too gracious. I would have grabbed that microphone and thrown it at the conductor for forcing such slow tempo on her. She handled it like a pro, even though I'm sure she wasn't happy at all.
