Old comment sure, but it's still worth pointing out that BBC Worldwide is not the same BBC the licence fee funds. The licence fee covers UK live broadcasting (radio & television) by the BBC. BBC Worldwide is a commercial arm of the BBC that sells and promotes BBC produced programming, DVDs and magazines to individuals and other networks both domestically and internationally as well as providing the production facilities and other services owned by the BBC to other program makers.
