The story now says they were not able to play "for a crowd of over 10,000". The actual head count was way under that, and considering this band would have gone on first it would have been even less at their allotted time slot. Had they played this video would have told about three Canadian brothers who drove far, were forced to go on as the gates were just opening, were not able to use the full PA or lights and whose set was cut short.

First of all any touring musician would have work visa in order before they left on tour. Trying to place the blame on someone working at a border crossing does not cut it.

Many times a promoter can help in matters such as these if they are contacted. I did not hear anything in the video where they were, only that Live Nation did not inform this band they need work visas. This is NOT the promoters job, it's the bands job. I don't see any mention of who their booking agent is, who this bands management is or who the bands tour manger is. Any of these people should be in line for the blame before the promoter, the customs agents or the country.

my facts are straight. if they never mentioned the concert at all they would have been waved through the border no questions asked. you americans with your protectionist attitudes... afraid us canadians are stealing your jobs?

listen here buddy, the problem here is that the US guards unjustly finger printed and photographed innocent people. They had no right. what purpose did it serve anyway?

let me see us border guards are at fault here cause you guys didnt do youre home work and make sure you had all the documents needed to enter the us wich in ur case is a foreign country stupid canadians
