@VampireBat12 hey. nice question. I'm more fluent in English than Japanese although I have my parents around but Yeah you can definitely could get around equipped with only basic japanese. Especially in Tokyo. People in Tokyo are easy to talk to because they are getting used to tourist visiting the area.
