I just purchased the "vintage natural" finish model of the SE singlecut. It has the natural mahagony headstock as well. It is perfect for Rock, Jazz, Metal, it has hot pickups and the maple flame veneer looks awsome over the maple cap. Nice jamming there too, good chord choices and nice melodys on the improv.

I can say that this model PRS SE singlecut is probably as good as any american made just not as many esthetics. (no birds on the neck) the quality of the mahagony back is flawless.

Listening to your playing I can conclude that you know your guitar really well. In your opinion is there any sound difference between the prs se custom and the prs se singlecut?

Would you buy a singlecut with tremolo bar?

Not quite sure amount the sound between the two. I have owned the se single cut and the se santana. I felt like the santana had better tone but in any case I was still planning on switching out the pickups. My se santana had a tremolo bar. I wish I would of never gotten rid of it. thanks

try putting your middle finger on the fourth fret of the d string instead of just playing an Em at 0:07

I am thinking about putting in P rail pickups. All the places want to take my guitar for a week to do this, I really don't want to let it out of my site for a week.

you got some serious chops man, I have struggled for too long wtih this particular song its hard to get that nice clean tone you are getting , lots of soul in those notes too.
