does the oil need to be changed every month ? (Piaggio Sfera 50)

@bini2215 The oil only needs changed every 1,500-2,000 miles or if you travel less than that once a year.

i use a oil extractor for my oil change, less mess and you enjoy oil change instead of loathe it :)

my dealer reckons piaggio don't specific that the oils (engine and hub) needs to be changed on the first service i.e. 1000km but that goes against everything I've thought as I thought the 1st change was the most important one. I suspect they are lying to me, what do you say?

why cant you use non 4t oil? am wondering if you change more often could you get away with useing regular car oil?

It is every 6000 miles after the initial change.
