Does anyone know what sort of control you have with rendering out an alpha channel, or ID mattes?

+the birds movement is very rigid
but the rest is brilliant

this looks great, but a few things ruin it. Birds look bad, waterfall is low frame-rate, and noise doesn't match/non existant

Great, short, but great. Im new in nuke, I found Matte Painting very interesting and productive. But Im having some troubles looking for tutorials for matte painting.
