It is not a theory, it is history, and it is available online. The monarch of Great Britain can dismiss Parliament. The monarch of Great Britain is loved by the people and can give her opinion about many things, and the public will back her up against the House of Lords. Her influence is limited only in that she may not tell Parliament how to vote, but her opinion carries great weight. She is also the richest woman in the world. England will not be getting rid of HRM soon.
