@HIVVideos - Islam does not recognise 'homosexuality' per se, the crime in Islam is sodomy - be it man and woman or same sex. That a person says they're gay is of no real consequence. But the act of sodomy, like adultery, needs to be witnessed by four people or be self-confessed for it to mandate punishment. No religious group will advocate sodomy as it has no potential regenerative aspect and thus places personal physical/ emotional desire over other considerations.
