This is one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard. Does Kyrios Papanikolaos have CDs- is that where this, and other similar recordings- are from?

Yes his whole set of CD's consist of 60 CD's. Unfortunately he does not advertise his work and the only way to order them would be to contact him in Greece. I got them because he came to our parish and stayed with us for 6 months here in Toronto and he taught us a lot and he gave us a set of the CD as a gift to our parish to copy them as we please. But I will get you his phone no. in Greece and you can order them if you like. God Bless!

Your question should be directed to me Jeannette742. He was here in Toronto over a year ago. He chanted at St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church which follows the Julian Old Calendar. The church is located at Dovercourt and Davenport rd. close to the Casa Loma.

There are several ways to chant The Great Doxology in Barys, there are two simple versions by Manuel and Iakovos - this version, the enharmonic from High ZO is, in my opinion, the most beautiful. There's a recording or Kurios Stanitsas chanting it as well...simply amazing.

He has a very nice powerful, piecing, clear voice. And he's perfectly on every note and always stays in the tone ! I love the voice fluctuation !! Awesome !
