  • simply the most amazing drummer and single most amazing drum fill I have ever seen performed live.

The news of his passing was very saddening. RIP.

  • @Inresurrection okay, like i said, i can figure out that general-of-a-thing by myself. basically i wonder if someone can listen to this and tab it for me, because i can't tab it just by listening.

  • @1prostock There are some other brilliant drummers out there, man. I know he's name dropped a lot but...Dave Turncrantz.

  • @medow006 He's doing 2 bass drum hits between the double right hand drum hits.

  • i am an amateur (and not long-time) drummer. i think i know what he does for this fill. but i wondered if someone who is sure of himself can explain in words what he is doing here. basically, he is doing a "ruff" double hit on the base between each strike of his right hand? although it looks like when he goes from the high tom to the snare, there is less time between those strikes, so mayabe he does only 1 or no bass hits between those strikes? please help!

  • He's just feeling the grove...

  • Jerry was the ONLY drummer that could hold a candle to John Bonham. The only one that could even be considered to be in the same class. Thank you Jerry.

  • @EnisVoorhees im not hatin im analyzing and elaborating, im just saying ppl are amazed at how fast he cn do this and with one hand when it really is that great to do. honestly i think that kinda held him back because he knew what ppl expected to hear and continued to build up a one sided technique. sure its very cool, but after hearing it a few times, u can figure it out and then what?

  • THE WORLD LOST 2 JOHN BONHAM

  • @errolroug, thanks for hatin' , this video and threat are not about errolroug, last I checked.
