How to Make your own CS 1.6 Spray Tag

1. Download HLTagConverter.
http://data.fuskbugg.se/skalman01/HLTagConverter.rar

2. Click up HLTagConverter and press on "open image". Then press "Adjust Image" and then "Apply changes and convert to 256 colors". Now you click on "Save Tag" and then "Export to WAD file" and save it where you can find it easy with the name "tempdecal.wad".

3. Now open C:\Program\Steam\Steamapps\yourusername\ counterstrike\cstrike and remove the old "tempdecal.wad" and paste the new there. Finished!

Any problems Just ask.
