For your information: the performer in this video is Ireno Fargas, 2 times world champion, former national coach of Spain, now national coach of Mexico, wearing the 8th Dan. I challenge you to find a better performer. If you think you can do it better just post a video of yourself.

Just had a belt test this weekend for blue w/ red stripe. These videos are the best videos posted anywhere on the web. They have helped me since testing for yellow stripe. Ireno Fargas has the sharpest form Ive seen. Thank you very much for posting this series of clips.

MrMatathus - he is not doing a side kick but a roundhouse that explains why he is pointing with his toes. He has very good form and control of his kicks. I'm sure he can kick some ass.

Great video! It's not done so fast that it can't be paused or followed along too. Some of them, such as a popular one done by Kukkiwon which floats around here on Youtube is done so bloody fast that it appears the master skips steps because he does it so freakishly fast.

He is not kicking with his toes check better, just click pause when he does the kick and you ll see he kicks very good.

Well... I'm sorry. Despite the description published by Vivioli88, he is not Ireno Fargas but Pedro Campillo, one of the best poomse specialists in Spain.

Ireno's name appears because this videos were done for a CD collection about Taekwondo, published by Ireno Fargas himself, as far as I remember. Anyway, I agree with everything you say about ITF & WTF.

First of all sorry for taking so long to reply.

Second: You have a small error in your argumentation: You compare ITF tkd with WTF tkd. Choi Hong Hi is the founder of ITF tkd.

Compare the Rules of ITF and WTF and find the differences.

Third: you didn't post even one argument you just give unqualified comments. As I said 2 posts ago make a video of yourself doing better (I doubt you can do that...)

Fourth: learn english or reread your comments before posting - your last sentence has no sense
