First what happens is when a tag isn't read the dispatcher gets a pop up email showing the vechicle and the lp#then the dispatcher has to get an officer out to the try to stop the so called violator.A lot of the time its not a violator but an active tag that doesnt work.The patron still owes the violations and gets a ticket even though the account is active.The higher ups spend so much money on useless crap in the dispatch and thier own offices its pathetic just to show off thier fat asses.

When their old tags don't work, through no fault of their own, customers have to pay for new ones and don't even get their deposit back!? That really stinks!
