Used to be my windows 7 beauty setup. If you want to know how to get these things on your windows 7, just follow this guide:

Make your own theme, select multiple images and select the option slideshow 10 seconds

run toolkit as admin:

-enable full frame transparency
-enable small taskbar items(optional)
-tweek your loggon screen

download and install cube desktop:

How do you get the taskbar to be transparent

@RoDilllV well you should install all of your driver software, then you should go to control panel/system and security/system

click on windows experience index, and then on run assessment. Now you should let your computer work for a while, it is calculating whether you can have transparency or not. As soon as it's done you will get a mark(i know it's gay). Then you can try and turn transparacy on again, when it doesn't work you should buy a faster computer :)
