News: Minister Nasheed's Interview to DhiFM 95.2

The Minister of Information and Arts Mohamed Nasheed categorically denied claim made by the former Attorney General Dr. Hassan Saeed who in a series of interviews to BBC and The Indepent of UK had declared that he and the former Foreign Minister Dr. Shaheed and former Justice Minister Mr. Mohamed Jameel were the architects of the President's Reform Agenda. In an exclusive interview to DhiFM Minister Nasheed also stated that Reform Agenda was an initiative of the President and its origin dates back to the beginning of the Dr. Hassan Saeed's tenure as the Attorney General. Minister Nasheed said that most of the statements made by Dr Hassan Saeed on the BBC and the Independent were baseless and far from the truth. Minister Nasheed did not believe Dr. Hassan could challenge the President Gayoom in next year's presidential election.
