@sbvideoprod i have a GoPro and i've never had a problem with the mounts failing. that 3M tape that comes with the camera is very strong . i don't think you will have a problem at all. just don't stick the mount to any cosmetic part of the car cuz i'm sure if you go to take it off it would peel the wrap or paint.

Can you tell me which of the GoPro mounts you used for the camera. I would love to mount one on a TA Funny Car but am unsure of how well it will stay.

@sbvideoprod It was the sucker mount with a safety line just incase. I think the stick on pads are the best, they stay on a jetski even under water

absolutely fantastic video.
used to have a lot of fun watching martin and the guys getting up to thier antics. i used to live only 15 minutes away from the pod and was at most meetings between 1974 and 2000 live in canada now and miss the pod.
i do have a question though when did they get rid of the old dutch barn behind the start line that would have been cool to see from the camera angle on this vid everyone covering up lol stood in there once for 1 of martins runs. not a good place to be

Health & safety reasons/claims direct. No body ever got hurt but the what if factor was spoken about and the barn was removed.

A massive thanks to Martin & the crew ! ! I must have watched it about 20 times & still LOL at Rich. Thank you for puting it on the car. It was only held on with a big satnav type sucker, started to move at the end though. Still 278mph in 5.83 good camera, MINT CAR ! Please thank the Fire Force team not me !
