I like this guy. He adopts a bit of a Lifeboat ethic, but it makes sense. A liberalist might argue to save the people from drowning by dragging them into the lifeboat, but should we really be dragging people into the lifeboat if they are willing to kill us? That doesn't equate to justice. Justice would be if we all drowned. But they have a clear intent to drown us while remaining alive.
