Not the 'old' / good Raiden. The Raiden that's playable in MK Deception is the dark version of him.

LOL. There is no kreate-a-fighter/character mode in Deception. And even if there was how would I get them so accurate? Not to mention Onaga's special starting pose. I think you may have just hit a new, previously unknown level of retardation.
