I love this song. I remember it only playing once in P4, though I might be wrong. Phase One for Izanami. That is when it's most epic, right before The Genesis. It's just one of those songs, like Hari-Hara, The Second Movement that inspire you to fight hard. Music is love.

They both mean the same so it really doesn't matter, although I would say fog simply because it is used in the game.
