why dont you just reproduce the intellivision in all its glory. mines been repaired like 6 times i would love to get a new on so i can put my original back in its box for display =)

Wow, what a no-brainer. In fact, nothing comes closer to an intellivision controller than a cell phone. Nice!

With you guys on keeping them pure. Plz no on-screen popup controller crap like some of the repackaged versions. However, I understand the original controllers were a pretty complex interface.
Big fan. Still have some original consoles. This makes me want 2 go play.

If don't mind me saying I do believe the PSP is better for retro gaming, the sprites just look crisper!

The choice of DS was because the touchscreen allows us to reproduce the controller overlay for each game. The Intellivision controllers had 16 buttons plus the direction disc; no game controller since then has had as many buttons, so compromises have to be made to play the games on PS2, Xbox, and the other platforms we've been on. On the DS, using the touchscreen we can most closely duplicate the original controls. -Intellivision Productions, Inc.
