How I keep my teeth bright and white, tips and products that I use, information on Enlighten and my favourite toothpaste brand and where I had them professionally whitened around 18 months ago.

It is a very good dentist and the staff are nice and it's very clean. Basically the complete opposite of my NHS dentist haha!

I use
Beverly Hills toothpaste from asda, boots etc. and here is the info from watchdog

I love their toothpaste and gotta love watchdog haha!

hows your oral b doing, it still working? i use philips sonicare flexcare its v good, if ur gettin a new brush get one, i had an oral b model it didnt find them to be good

Beverly Hills is THE BEST chuck out your colgate and aqua fresh they are over advertised rubbish. Beverly Hills is amazing I have used it for years and it just brill. You can get it for a good price from Home Bargains. I bulk buy, last time I bought it, it was £2 a tube.
