I have been drinking a pitcher of them in my vita-mix every single day for 6 weeks. I feel so amazingly better than ever, I have lost 25 pounds WITHOUT exercising, Mental clarity is so obviously improved. I no longer drink alcohol and have just started growing my own wheatgrass. The green smoothies have literally changed my life, What is your recipe?

I have been drinking green smoothies for three weeks now and they just really elevate my mood. I'm happier after I drink a green smoothie.

nice vid. i just got into green smoothies like a week ago. i just tried it one time... i noticed a distinct calming feeling...that felt like it came from like the center of my being. hard to explain. neways, i feel like they are changing my life. i also go outside to my garden and i'll just sit there and chew really well on all sorts of green leaves. it does the same thing...as long as you chew them and get all the juice while you do it. also you can get a high feeling by chewing on flower buds!
