Aleta Pippin (http://www.aletapippin.com) shares her love of painting abstract works while demonstrating one of her many techniques to move paint and complete an amazing abstract painting. Whether oils or acrylics, Pippin's process of layering with thin glazes, creates paintings that literally glow.

I love to see other artists so completely engrossed in their passion that it touches others just to hear the joy in their voice!

Thank you. Hold to your vision. I didn't start painting until the age of 43.

I use Golden heavy bodies as well as Golden fluids. That is a propane torch to burse the bubbles in epoxy resin.
Thanks for your nice comments.

If you enjoy bright colors, continue using them with the understanding that for a color to look bright, there must be a contrasting darker or less bright color with it. If you try to mix too many colors into one, they lose their brilliance. My colors are usually mixed on the painting or layered on top of each other on the painting which keeps them bright.
