FROM WIKIPEDIA: Red Tails is an upcoming 2012 action drama film directed by Anthony Hemingway, from a screenplay by John Ridley and Aaron McGruder. The story, written by Ridley, is inspired by true events. George Lucas serves as the executive producer for the project. It is based on the Tuskegee Airmen, a group of African American servicemen during World War II, and is the first Lucasfilm production since Radioland Murders (1994) not associated with the Indiana Jones or Star Wars franchises. This movie stars Cuba Gooding, Jr. (who previously starred in The Tuskegee Airmen, an HBO made-for-television film about the same group of pilots), and Terrence Howard (who portrayed a Tuskegee pilot in Hart's War). The scheduled release date is January 20.

As an official white guy... I was going to say that I don't classify films by race

... and then I remembered all the Madea movies I saw must be black cuz there ain't no white people in 'em! (Now the only Tyler Perry movies I'll see are ones w Madea actually on it cuz they're all the same otherwise.) So a black lead doesn't mean a black film... ie anything w Denzel or Will Smith. Bad premise Nerd. still luv ya tho. :)

@SamsonVegas Ha ha, I'm just joking around, I wouldn't take anything I say too seriously on here. And there are white people in Tyler Perry films, they're usually the stuffy cashiers who think the black characters don't have enough money to shop at their store, ha ha!
