@armydog20 France is the birthplace of liberty retard. The recent legislation on banning of the burqa does not make the US more tolerant than France. We are the ones that kidnapped Africans and enslaved them, we are the ones who interned hundreds of thousands of Japanese in camps because of their race. @TurbanzRus3 Ok, as an Iranian I can tell you they are many differences. In Iran women are harassed frequently by "Islamic Police" for things like having too much hair out, or too much make up on, or there hijab is not on properly. In the US women who wear hijab, or even the Burqa are not forced to take it off. This video is one situation, and the girl sued and won did she not? Iran's policy is systematic, for example Non-Muslims in Iran still have to abide by the Islamic laws.

who ever is agreeing to this being a rightful act is very wrong, for few reasons, 1. the woman wanted to keep her head scarf on not only because of religious reasons, but respect for her self, and she was forced to remove her scarf, is basically stripping away her rights as a person to wear what she wants 2. the judge should have made his research and not be ignorant like some of you commentators on here and actually respect other people religions and creed, after all this is America not France
