No one drew comparisons between any of the three brothers. Because all of them held a different office. JFK being a president, RFK being an attorney general, and Ted being the senator. Though RFK also became a senator and later applied for presidency, but essentially these are different offices between the JFK and ted and RFK and Ted. Hence, people do compare JFK and RFK, and consider them both equal, there is no ground for people to compare Ted with either.

@Huntersmoonx It was the CIA who pressured RFK 2 hav wiretap on Dr.King,becoz CIA said that he has connections with the communists.RFK still refused, but CIA blackmailed bobby dat they also hav some evidence against JFK's womanisin.To protect the reputation of JFK's presidency, because otherwise it would have trivialised his efforts in policy-making for Civil Rights, he allowed it for a month only. CIA exceeded this time on its own.RFK also informed Dr.King of CIA wiretapping.CIA is the monster.
