  • I guess that what they do is so special, and at the same time so well done that they must be credited for this in spite of them being so different from choirs singing in other sacred music traditions.

  • Indeed a special choir with a special sound. I was present in the audience that Friday afternoon in Andora and must admit that I was very impressed with the sonority, robustness and the interwoven way singing of this group of Sardinians. However I do not understand howt they could be compared with the other participating choirs in the festival. They way of singing is just standing too far off from the ordinary style of sacred music you can hear in churches all over the western world.
