For your information guys, this is (if I'm not horribly mistaken) one MASSIVE piss-take.
He's basically referring to all the stereotypes of frag films - using leet, not-particularly-impressive kills, metal/dubstep soundtrack, and complete overuse of effects to cover up for such a talentless peice of work. IMO he's done it very well.
