  • All Man.This is wat I'm talkin bout rite here. This sound on His song is a prime example. As to why the 80s was such a sweet time & era.D'train's vocals was n probbly still is 1 of da most dynamic things 2 hear wit human ears.i mean its so wide spread n free.it seems 2 have no limitations as 2 where he can take style.Da brotha is in a class all 2 his self.

  • i have so much respect and i am in love with his music, but i think he was lip synching here?

i dont know if the song was just edited over the footage, just saying it looked like it at

    3:09.

    love the d train!

  • Damn, that baby can surely sing!!!

  • Following the dissolution of D-Train the band, Williams embarked on a moderately successful solo career. Although he was billed as a solo artist, however, he did continue to work with Eaves acting as a producer and key instrumentalist. In 1986, Williams released his debut album, Miracles of the Heart, which featured a Top Ten R&B single, "Misunderstanding." The follow-up single, "Oh, How I Love You Girl" also performed well in the R&B market.

His second album, In Your Eyes followed in 1988
