Phil & John (& Band) - Surfin' USA! (Recorded at Flevo Festival in August 1985). Phil & John were the first CCM band that I recorded with (back in the early '80s). The first album was 'Waiting For Summer' ('84) and the second 'Lonely Dancer' ('85). The songwriter & singer Chris Eaton was very much a part of these recordings and you can hear his influence in some of the early songs of Phil & John (I am sure that they would agree with that). I have spent years recording and touring with most of this amazing band and am so grateful that I have preserved this VHS recording to remember just how wonderful it was to be a part of this team.
