Vox Tonelab ST Demo

Short demo of the new Vox Tonelab ST multi effects processor. I bought this unit for a friend and I'm just doing a demo for him but I thought I should share with people too. I use Jackson DK1 guitar and run this through the speaker channel of the line 6 Spider II Combo Amp

Is it for tube amps or dose it sound like tube amps. I guess what I'm asking is:

Do I need a tube amp to use it properly? or will an SS (solid state) amp work fine?.

@tynok2094 neither. This pedal aims to replicate sounds produced by classic tube amps (they have 11 amp and 33 cab models). Let's say you have a mesa boogie dual recto head and a 2x12 orange cab and the combo produces a certain sound, then you can select the amp and cab models in this pedal that aim to replicate that sound.

@bnnkhardcore I'm weary about getting the right distortion pedal or multi effect processor.More so the multi effect mainly because I might loose the analogue sound of my amp.But it sounds pretty good in the video.And also it sounds like it has some sustain which i definitely want.Can you elaborate on my concerns a little.
