This boutique hotel is located on a park of 10,000 m2 and is composed of 5 buildings that account for a covered area of about 2,000 square meters. Eight double occupancy rooms and twelve suites offer a capacity of 55 beds total.

The garden is abundantly covered with all kinds of vegetation, ranging from flowers of all colors to palm trees, to fruit and vegetable gardens, and offers a breathtaking view. The dimensions of the swimming pool are 19 x 8.5 meters. The pool gardens include a full bar and a large stone barbecue pit. The facility also includes a subterranean two-room wine cellar, a w-lan, a brick oven for baking bread, pizza, and such, a full, restaurant style gourmet kitchen, as well as a smaller, professional kitchen.

The infrastructure consists of 700 meters of paved roads, retaining walls made of natural stone, an artesian well with a depth of 130 meters (with a capacity of about 60 tons a day), a 250 cubic meter water storage tank with three large pumps, a biologically operating sewage treatment plant (capable of accommodating up to 110 guests), three additional large pumps for the usage of recycled water for irrigation purposes in the gardens, a 250 Kdv current transformer, as well as a 250 Kdv diesel generator in a sound-proof construction. The technical facilities are located in a remote area about 200 meters from the main complex. This assures that any potential nuisance resulting from technical problems would be confined to this area and would have no effect on the rest of the facility.
Currently this Hotel is open from mid April to mid October. Turkish Ministry of Tourism has granted this Hotel the status of "Special Hotels of Turkey" category.
Several travel guides from Turkey (Best Small Hotels from Turkey), the USA, UK, Germany, and France have consistently given this Hotel high, above average ratings and have commented on the hotel in an unusually positive manner. The hotel's website is published in English, French, German, and Turkish. In 2004 roughly 60 percent of the hotel's guest had already stayed there on more than one occasion
