HHydrO Super 7 is installed correctly to this 1992 Mistubishi Lancer EL 1300.

The engine speed idling went up after installation, we had to reduce the idling to tame it a bit.

Our Standard Bubbler worked fine after I sealed the cap with Teflon.... works perfect all the time.

The Switch seems a bit lower capacity but nevertheless... wirings, fuse holder are all in place.

Next Stop... the Dynanometer Threadmills.

:-)

I am beginning to get the hang of it; HHO installation now.

Stay tuned everyone!

  • hello, what you use for the cells? where you got the stainless steel laminaes

  • err... stainless steel tubes.

  • hi, its me again. the guy who owns a tamaraw fx. i have finished my hho gen and had it installed in a similar place to the lancer you have on your site. i have a direct supply from the battery, with a relay supplied/switched by the positive supply of the coil.

the only problem is that it overheated. BOILING HOT!!!

if you don't mind, what can you advice me to overcome this?

thanks in advance!!! and more power

  • u may use distld water with electrolyte. the problem is the correct amout of electrolyte u'l use. plus. u should have a PWM, this regulates ur aperage. without PWM u'l blew out ur fuses, stressing ur alternator or even exploding ur battery. w/out PWM all of these my happen in long hours of driving.

  • If you use TAP water, you dont need electrolytes. The Chlorine and other iron mineral present in your tap water is your electrolyte already. If you use distilled water, you can adjust the ampere with electrolytes - but I wouldnt advise this if you dont have a PWM. THe super 7 is designed for easy operations... it doesnt need unnecessary actions like PWM, electrolytes or constant monitoring. It has a 20 AMPS fues only for protection. But even with prolonged use, my AMPerage doesnt go beyond 10A.

  • Can you send me the schematic you did?... I believe you are not using any neutrals in your cells. Or probably using to strong an electrolyte... keep the amps below 7.

  • @ehnriko good answer

  • si daniel dingle gumagamit ng pure hydroxy wala ng halong gasolina

    ano kaya ang sikreto niya

  • I think you need to remove the relay switch.

You might need to place a resistor on your lines... you dont need too much amps otherwise you will really overheat your electrolyser.

5 AMPS is already too much.

Dont connect direct to the battery.

Find a line that is only on when the car is running.

Please keep me posted with the developments.

    Keep safe!

  • Most Carburetors have a vacuum intake port... this port is normally 1/4" in diameter. It is normally inconspicuous and is not that easy to find right away. But to locate it, you just have to follow the vacuum lines to where they end. Be very careful cause you dont want to put water inside your engine and you dont want to cause unnecessary explotions, they do make a loud bang. :-)
