Some people who have bought the gym withdraw the dip bars and then lower top bar half way down and then use the top bar in this position to do various excercises. The excercise you have mentioned could well be done with the top bar in this position. Please call Hot Gym on 01254 243727 if you have any more questions.
Would it be possible to incorporate a second horizontal bar (that can be removed) at approx the same height as the dip handles, so that you can practice the negative portion of a "muscle up", (also called a muscle up dip), or would this compromise the structural integrity of the design?
will not buy becouse it's very difficult and long to assable it. I thought it's like pulling some handle and fix couple of grips
