Google Earth 9/11 camera perspective analysis

This is a camera perspective analysis by http://www.beyondinvestigation.com (Beyond Investigation Magazine) using Google Earth to help understand the camera perspectives used in watch?v=EkMcdnfEW7U

That video shows different cameras views from Fox and CBS affiliates of the second plane (United Airlines Flight 175) hitting the South Tower of the World Trade Center (WTC 2). The producer of that video uses some apparent discrepancies between the views to support a claim that some video is faked using CGI (computer graphics) and is therefore part of and proof of a "no planes" or "fake planes" conspiracy theory.

Google Earth makes it easy to estimate where, or at least the direction from which, the camera was shooting. Using the simple polygons and 3D buildings built into Google Earth, it's easy to see why the smoke and sun don't seem consistant with perception. But it is actually "misperception" and they add no credibility to the conspiracy argument.

@scotfreak This video by itself is a rebuttal against media involvement based on the appearance that objects shifted. Personally, I don't believe in any of the MIHOP or LIHOP theories, and without such conspiracies there is no need for media involvement in them.
