How to Solve a Rubik's Cube Part 1 (Intermediate Method) Cross

This is the first of a four part tutorial.
It covers how to form a cross. This is an intermediate method, one that I used as a stepping stone before I moved onto full Fridrich.
It helps if you already know the beginner's method.

Umm one things I forgot to mention. Even when you try to solve the cube insanely fast or just fast, can you please make a tutorial on how to know, when, and where is all the edges (white edges for example) in order to get the cross in LESS THAN A SECOND. @supercoolmunkee Well, you get 15 seconds of inspection time in competitions. This means you can plan out the cross before you start solving. By the time you start your solve, you should have your cross solution memorized already. Also, less than a second is actually fairly unreasonable.  I average around 11 or 12 seconds, but my cross still takes a solid 2-3 seconds.

Good good tutorial, you helped me understand it already and I already kinda learned this method myself which was relatively easy but need more practice in order to get the cross so I can go with F2L, 2-Look OLL, the PLLs faster!!
