If you look at her stomach, it's actually distended, so it's probably digestion of something. In addition, it's not her stomach, it's her intestines pushing food, feces, and air around.

lol i can do that. one of my friends put their hand below my left rib, and both of us could feel a weird liquid movement. it sounded like a thing was in there!

Alright I just now had this happen to me and it happened here on my vacation in Florida. I was smoking weed and I noticed that whenever I protruded my stomach at actually made weird noises and I started doing it as the bass in a song I was listening to on my Zune, I could actually control it. I thought it may have been something about my lungs but I guess not.
