Ethernet LED on LED off example using PIC18F4550 + ENC28J60

Interfacing the ENC28J60 Olimex break out board with the PIC18F4550 with a small web page stored on the ROM of the PIC. Is a small example in order to turn on and off a LED. The compiller used is CCS. All the libraries used in this examples also are from the CCS compiller.
