Now i see why my teacher is strict with my right hand technique. He always says to release the tension and relax my whole arm. He has been throught the same situation as you. He got an injury and had to rethink and rebuild his technique.

You have the determination and will power to overcome obstacles for something you believe in. Congratulations. Few people possess those qualities. I'm interested in learning any guitar technique. When I started, there was only 1 way to learn, listen to the recording and try to imitate it. Then there were books, if you knew where to get them. Now it's the internet.
