Pirelli unveiling the 2012 calendar at a black-tie gala, held in New York at the historic Park Avenue Armory Tuesday December 6th.
In the initial pictures I am with Margareth Madè and Isabeli Fontana
The gala was hosted by the actress Julianne Moore, and featured a performance by Andrea Bocelli with Heather Headley.
800 guests, including , Adrien Brody, Valentino Garavani, Marco Tronchetti-Provera, Michael Chow,Vera Wang,Giovanni Elkan, Jessica Hart ,Genevieve Jones, Amy Sacco and models appearing in the calendar like Isabeli Fontana, Joan Smalls, Margareth Madé, Malgosia Bela,Natasha Poly and Rinko Kikuchi,
Menu:ravioli in sage butter, filet mignon and a chocolate chestnut custard
The calendar has 25 pictures, in both black and white and color. 9 of the subjects are models while 3--Milla Jovovich, Margareth Madé and Rinko Kikuchi - are actresses. Mario Sorrenti, is the photographer for this 2012 calendar, which was shot in Corsica. Mario Sorrenti is the first Italian to shoot the calendar in its 39-year history.
The actual calendar is is an over-sized item and pictures aren't attached to a month, which allows you to configure them any way you like.
