@DTisairwalk i think they should add in seaking doing a BOSS Horn Attack, and make the Goldeen a Magikarp (it makes more since than a goldeen :/)

pure random chance from what i understand. you've got a 1/251 chance in getting celebi.
also, stages that are littered with pokeballs (pokemon stadium in adventure mode) or where you can spam pokeballs (training mode) presumably do not have mew or celebi because it makes the odds easier.

How do you get some of those? I've used the pokemon ball millions of times, and i never got Celeb or Mew
