This isn't Ronnie Barker. The original was by American comedian Red Skelton.
Ronnie Barker was exceptionally good at word play but didn't resort to simple smut and the BBC wasnt staffed by idiots even in the 70s (now days maybe).
The rindercella monologue is often used, in various ruder formats. rather like the aristocrats joke, as a way to out do other performers. Its a great party trick but not Ronnie Barker.

Your absolutely right ...of course! But I guess the music is there to mourn the loss of the great man who performed it and of course I don't know why the original performance cannot be found. Thanks for the comment its the first ever received about the video.

Thanks for this! I made the video more as a tribute to Ronnie and find it a shame the original video does`nt seem to be around anywhere to show the bright spark that was Ronnie Barker. I hope he is Rindercelling somewhere else in the Universe and making angels, demons, saints and sinners laugh everywhere. Gracias mi amigo.
