No shame in worshiping Jesus. Read Psalm 150 and you'll find all sorts of instruments mentioned. Remember God looks at the heart and all styles of music may not be to everyone's taste but to simply classify "rock" as inherently evil is a bit much...don't you think?

Yor right there was music in the old testament worship but you must ask yourself a question here what type of music did they use? when Paul tells us not to be conformed to the pattern of this world what did he mean ? the love for the word has gone cold and the love of worldly things has increased but there is a day when He shall come and sort the wheat from the thares
