  • People these days bandy the word 'Love' about like it has no meaning at all. They 'love their new mobile phone, their new dress, new car & so on. The word 'Love' in this song is from an era when the word had a much deeper meaning, one that the children of today will never ever know.

    Back then people spoke of a love that would last a whole lifetime, and more than often did.

    I can almost picture myself in front of the open fire while mom cooks the sunday dinner while listening to Tauber.
