While holding the Ctrl key, click on a New Task. The MSDOS window will be displayed. Copy and Paste the following at the prompt and press Enter:

Copy C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\explorer.exe C:\Windows

hit enter, then wait 30 seconds and restart the pc

most people get this due to virus, or deleted it. if it comes up access denied, you need to go on the administrator side :) hope this helped

@gtarhero your windows can be named like WINXP or something like go to C: and see if it is windows or if u don't have windows installed in C select the driver where it is liek D or E or F idk
